Equipment purchased from Nikon on Broadway that requires repairs within the conditions of the manufacturers warranty supplied at the time of purchase should be returned to us so that we can send it to the manufacturers Authorised Distributor in Australia for repair or replacement as specified under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
The original Warranty Card or sales receipt is not absolutely necessary as we have all sales receipts on file for your convenience that can be sent as “Proof of Purchase” to the authorised Australian Distributor.
This is free service for our clients.
A Repair Quotation Fee of $45 for all Nikon equipment is charged when the equipment is booked in.
A warranty period of 3 months will apply on the repairs done
Note: Equipment collected un-repaired after being quoted for will not be accepted for repair at a later date.
Equipment damaged by water will not be accepted for repair
$89 with a turn around time of up to 3 working days.
