Nikon on Broadway welcomes International Orders
- Terms & Methods of Payment
Nikon on Broadway does not accept cheque or credit card payments from International Clients. All International Clients are expected to pay the full amount of the product purchase order by cash in advance via wire transfer (TT) prior to the order being shipped. Any fees charged by the bank for sending the wire transfer are to be paid by the client.
- Availability Terms
Only complete orders will be accepted. Items not in stock cannot be placed on backorder for future shipping. Orders will ship within one business day after payment is received and fully processed (approved) by our Australian bank (St.George). It can take a few days for wire transfers to be processed.
- International Shipping - Freight Charges
International Client orders are shipped via Australia Post (EMS) at the clients expense. We charge the client exactly what Australia Post charges us. Payment of taxes and duties on arrival are the responsibility of the client.
- Goods and Services Tax (GST)
GST is not charged on International orders. This amount represents 1/11th of our Web prices and will be reflected on our Sales Order prior to payment.
- Warranty Repairs for Nikon Cameras
All Nikon cameras purchased from Nikon on Broadway come with a 2 year Australia Only warranty. Should a Nikon camera purchased from us require repair/replacement under this warranty, then the item must be returned to us at the clients expense. On completion of the repair/replacement the item will be returned to the client once again at the clients expense. Payment of taxes and duties on arrival are the responsibility of the client.
- Warranty Repairs for Nikon Lenses
All Nikon lenses purchased from Nikon on Broadway come with a 1 year International Warranty in addition to a second year Australia Only warranty. Should a Nikon lens purchased from us require repair/replacement under the 2 year Australia Only warranty , then the item must be returned to us at the clients expense. On completion of the repair/replacement the item will be returned to the client once again at the clients expense. Payment of taxes and duties are the responsibility of the client. Claim under the 1 year International Warranty can be made at the local Nikon distributor in the clients country.
